MY STORY
FROM SURVIVOR TO CHAMPION
My journey isn't a story about avoiding adversity. It's a story about refusing to let adversity have the final word.

FROM SURVIVOR TO CHAMPION
YOUR STORY IS NOT OVER.
Life will test you. Leadership will stretch you. Faith will sustain you.
My mission is to inspire people to keep fighting, discover their purpose,
and build a legacy that outlives them.

THE BEGINNING
I was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, and like many young people, I didn't have every step of my future figured out. After graduating from high school, I made a decision that would begin shaping the man and leader I would become: I joined the United States Air Force.
For 16 years, I served as an Air Force firefighter. The military taught me discipline, courage, responsibility, and what it means to serve something greater than yourself. During my service, I was honored to receive the Air Force Commendation Medal for Valor, but some of the greatest lessons I carried away weren't represented by medals. They were lessons about showing up when things are difficult, staying calm when the pressure is high, and never abandoning the people who are counting on you.
A NEW CHAPTER
FROM MILITARY SERVICE TO ENTREPRENEURSHIP
After 16 years of serving my country as a U.S. Air Force firefighter, I reached a defining crossroads. I had built a career I was proud of, but I began to see a bigger vision for my life and my family.
An opportunity in financial services and entrepreneurship opened my eyes to what was possible. With faith, determination, and the lessons leadership had taught me, I made the difficult decision to leave the security of the military and pursue a new path.
That decision wasn't simply a career change. It was the beginning of a mission—to build leaders, help families pursue financial independence, and create a legacy that could reach far beyond me.

WHEN LIFE CHANGED
Life has a way of testing everything you believe. My journey has included victories and success, but it has also included tremendous loss, unexpected change, and seasons that challenged my faith and strength.
Losing my wife Natasha to ovarian cancer was one of the most difficult chapters of my life. I was a husband, a father, and a leader, but I was also a man learning how to keep moving forward through grief while continuing to be there for my family.
Those experiences taught me that perseverance isn't about never being knocked down. It's about trusting God, finding the strength to rise again, and refusing to allow your circumstances to have the final word. That's where “Don't Quit. Keep Fighting. It's Worth It.” became more than a message—it became a way of life.
FROM SURVIVOR TO CHAMPION
Life has taught me that being a survivor is not the finish line. Survival means you made it through. Becoming a champion means you took what you went through and allowed it to shape your purpose.
Through faith, family, perseverance, and the people God placed in my life, I learned to keep moving forward—even when the road wasn't easy. Every victory, every setback, every loss, and every new beginning became part of the journey.
Today, my mission is bigger than personal success. It's about helping others recognize what's possible in their own lives, developing leaders, strengthening families, and creating a legacy that reaches beyond me.
Don't Quit. Keep Fighting! It's Worth It.
